Born in Les Arcs, Alpissime is now a rental platform, a network of in-resort concierge services and a set of tools designed to make every stay simpler and more human.
Our story
It all began in 1996, when Thomas Di Lorenzo founded AMSA in Les Arcs. At the time, the business was simple and very local: carrying out maintenance work and repairs in the resort's residences. His wife Fabienne joined the company in 1998; the offer expanded to decoration and home appliances. As we were already working inside owners’ properties, they entrusted us with their keys. And since the keys were with us, they also started asking us to welcome their guests.
Step by step, one conviction emerged: the listing, booking and arrival needed to be centralised to make arrivals in resort smoother. We created our concierge service, then developed our own platform and in-house back-office, designed around the realities of the field. The goal has never changed: keep things simple and do them well.
In 2019, Lucas joined the family business. He structured online payments, strengthened our tools and follow-up processes, and accelerated development while preserving the company's original spirit: proximity, responsiveness and high standards.
